Noise when selecting reverse?

Ok, so its possible that i maybe asking a bit of a noob question but im new to the scene and own my E90 335i auto(N54) for a short while.
Is it normal to hear a noise when selecting reverse from park and also feel a slight jerk? Also, when moving the gear from park it sort of makes a clicking noise and not super smooth.
Advice appreciated :=):

Hey Maximus. Had the exact same issue with my N55 335i auto. Took my car in to BMW and after some deliberation it was concluded that the Auto box shift logic was to blame. So it came down to a software upgrade and now all is well. So if you car is still on motorplan then it shouldn't be much of a headache. Hope this helps!

Also try the following when parking: Put the car into neutral, pull up handbrake and then leave the foot brake. Engage foot brake again and now only put car into park. If you engage drive/reverse from here there should be no click/jerk.
