Hello Fanatics,

After the unfortunate accident on 25 June 2017, my E90 320i was subsequently written off. I then had to take on the stressful task of looking for another car. Which was quite a mission as quite a number of cars I was interested in had dodgy backgrounds. But with the help of both John & Coisman, I managed to avoid the lemons. Once again, thanks to John & Coisman for their unwavering support & assistance.

I had made up my mind & settled for an E60 as the shape had grown on me, especially in M Sport guise. And it definitely had to be a diesel as I have been reading a lot of good things about BMW diesel engines on this forum. I've always been scared of diesel engines but thanks to you guys, I have been converted.

I'm still trying to get used to the car, but I'm loving and enjoying it, a lot :rollsmile:. She's not perfect, but she's in very good shape, even if I have to say so myself. She's a 2009 520d LCI M Sport I got at 182 xxx km.

i was also looking at the e60 530d but was also scared of the lemons.i can honestly say you will not regret owning a diesel. You have a real stunner here man well done!!!

I wanna enjoy her stock for now... Coming from a 320i, this is an upgrade for me I still need to get used to the power. But it's definitely in the pipeline.
