Apologies to the OP :sorry: Your info was more correct than mine - helps if you go to the top I suppose.

Just got word from Paul at Killarney that the Sunday Trackdays are off:cry:

"Hi,

Thx for the email and support at the track days.
We are working on revising the calendar and will distribute once approved. Unfortunately the Sunday events will not happen at Killarney in future due to noise issues but we are trying to find slots for all the events on Saturdays – the track days will continue to happen at Killarney however maybe not as often as they have in the past.
We will keep you updated.

Kind regards

I was chatting to an Australian Porsche club member who also is into the track days. He said that they had a noise problem at a track due to urban encroachment so they imposed a decibel limit. A guy sat on the straight and if your car exceeded the set amount you were black flagged.

Lots of mumbling by the various people, but exhausts got modified and life carried on... only quieter.

Noise pollution???:nonono: i live about 10 kms from the Rock where they usually drift on a Wednesday night. You able to hear when the guys are shifting. Haven't had any complains. i don't know why people would complain about the noise coming from a race track, id assume that people from surrounding areas would have considered that before complaining:are-you-for-real-:
