Newbie intro

Welcome. Bmw diesels are just amazing. I moved from an e90 320d preface to 330d lci. All i can say is wow. 320d went up to almost 300000km not a days hassle before i sold it. All the best with your choice. Oh and as for that fuel gauge... you going to love it...

As @cOlDFuSiOn mentioned above, the e87 is also a great option. Same motor as the e90 as far as I know, maybe minor differences, so same power, smaller car= more smiles in my opinion. I must admit, (at risk of getting my head chopped off) im not a fan of the 3door cars, but to each their own. Just make sure you get all your checks done and you are 100% happy with the car. Something I've noticed on mine, just have a look around for quick fixes, would just make you wonder what else was skimped out on. You don't want a car that was looked after just enough to keep it running.

Good luck with your search:smilebounce:

What checks are you referring to? "Just make sure you get all your checks done" I've heard this before.
Checks as in, vehicle history, service history, what was done to the car during plan, and if possible after. Accident history, check the car for weird wear patterns. Basics like that

Thank you. Will Check thoroughly.

I am assuming that you are in the market for a Pre-LCI 120d. They are brilliant cars if they were looked after, just fit swirl flap blanking plates ,decat it and blank the EGR and enjoy it from there.

Good luck with the shopping:cartel:
