My cousins urge for a Brooklyn Grey Metallic X3 was still there so after I got him a great trade in on the Carbon Black one, it was a no brainer to get a new one for a minimal difference:

Spec list is a bit better than the old one:
Harmon Kardon
Vernasca Leather with Blue stitching
Electric seats
MSport brakes (not needed on a 20d but was pre specced car)
Park Assist Plus

Also thought the Jet Black 699M wheels would suit the colour better this time around.

The new one did not come with the emergency spare wheel but our awesome dealer swapped it across from the old vehicle at no charge.

After fetching it from the dealer I had the following done:

Front lip
Bootspoiler
Dual Slat grilles
Side skirt extensions
X3 M Mirror caps
Detail and paint enhancement
Frontal PPF
Ceramic coated the PPF with CarPro Skin
Ceramic coated the rest of the car and wheels with Nasiol NL272 5 year
Interior coated with Nasiol LeatherBoost
Glass coated with Nasiol GlassShield
Windows tinted 5% rear 20% front
Windscreen tinted with 35% Llumar film

the car looks nuts! awesomeness!
Is he doing any performance upgrades to go with the look?
What's you cousin say about dropping the Hilux and commuting with the X3 now? Not missing the Hilux?

Thanks bud.

No performance mods at the risk of losing motorplan - would have loved a remap from RK Motion.

Regarding changing from the Hilux to the X3, he says it is the best move he has ever made. He loves the X3 so much that he even uses it for family trips instead of his Porsche Cayenne lol. Does not miss the Hilux at all.

I tried to convince him to get a 30d this time around, but he said the 20d has more than enough power for his needs.

Do not work for BMW bud.

Just have my detailing clients and family that rely on me for all things car related.

I get trade in values from a few dealerships, We Buy Cars and advertise privately as well to get the best possible offer for the vehicle and then ensure whoever we do the deal with matches or beats it.
