Good day Jason,

So bespoke is finally here... Before this continues, admin and mods, if my post is wrong or harsh, please remove or edit it...

Jason i am very good friends with Krisan, Shy, Sugan and Sen. Would you like to tell the member here what happened with those cars, before any of the fanatics have a similar experience?

You mean the

Vtec that never ran right, eventually the job was so shoddy it had to be completely redone?

And the Golf 1 that was sent in for a bolt on turbo kit? Three months, +- R30k later, the owner finally got his car back but left Bespoke on a flatbed. Upon opening the engine, the owner discovered that two pistons melted.

Or are we talking about the other Vtec which was also there for around three months, also spent +-R30k for a simple bolt on turbo kit? The car had a brand new custom interior but yet it was left outside with the windows open every day. Also, last week the car eventually left Bespoke on a tow truck.

We at **Another Forum** saw plenty of promise when Bespoke Performance opened but sadly we saw our members being pushed around taken for a ride. We have given Jason the opportunity to respond to our members yet he chose not to.

From our side, I would advise you stay away from Bespoke Performance.

Lucian.

Att: Bespoke,

Firstly, your username will be changed as it is also the name of your company. This is not allowed.

Secondly, you are not allowed to advertise your company name so i have edited your first post.

Thirdly, i am locking this thread as i see no benefit to the BMWFanatics forum further that what has already been posted. Also, to protect our members and yourself, i believe relevant information has been posted.

If however, you want to provide feedback to Jeremy and Lucian, you may PM me a response.

Thank You,
Arbee

I have received a PM from Bespoke:

Hi Arbee,

With regard to my bespoke thread and the comments made in it:

I would like to make it known that I was never given the opportunity to respond to any of the claims made, in the other forum, as I was removed from it.. and made it known afterwards that I will be in no way affiliated with them.

This is a result, of a friendship gone wrong - and a customer refusing to settle full payment, after trying to blame countless other problems on the company - hoping to have them fixed at no charge, problems that had nothing to do with the work done by us.

The shoddy work on the vtec spoken of, was fixed and redone yes.. by ME, after the previous work, done by another company and the car owner.. failed miserably. again, the friendship gone wrong I spoke of.. was a result of this customer refusing to settle payment, as a result of the flat battery he had, 2 days later, after recieveing the car back. - I have correspondence from him and the 3 other guys mentioned, stating how well the car was running.. against a certain other car.. at the Midrand illegal drags the week after the flat battery, and a week after I fully refunded him, the full amount he paid me, which was only half the amount I quoted. - I even have a video and photos of it of it racing, dated on my phone, with my branding on it.

The golf mk1 owner, chose to spend the mentioned amount with us.. after we made him well aware of the work involved, and his car needing a new clutch, coil, distributor etc.. which was done by a friend of his, and all at his consent and choice.
He did damage his turbo, twice. both of which, were replaced by me - at my own cost - after having him and his Vtec owner friend - threaten me with my life, and lawyers.

It is true, the other car was left with the window open - after it was made well aware to the owner that the window would not close and that something had to be done, which it was not. I am still on good terms with this cars owner, he visits the shop regularly.

Half of which was posted, are blatant lies - and as you can clearly see from the 2 posters thread count, and car interest, they just registered here to post lies and cause trouble.

I have already made it well known, that I will not be affiliated with there car forum, which consists of a few local guys only - because of the way there members conduct themselves, and have been left with a very bitter taste in my mouth - which has resulted in them firing back aggressively, which is plain to see.

I am a business man, not a thief.

Regards,

Jason

To avoid a mud-slinging contest, the affected partied may contact Bespoke via PM/Phone/Etc to resolve this matter. The purpose of the thread staying visible is still to show that BMWFanatics cares about its members and such warnings of shoddy or great business should be shown.

We obviously have to give everyone a chance to provide their story, we all know there are 3 sides to all stories.
