At last...the M's back on the road. Decided to go the original route and replaced the Fuel Pump with the assistance of Ross Duncan....R7300.00 :bawling:. I guess after 12 years and being my first "component" failure it was worth it.

Kept the old fuel pump..and will have it repaired (in KZN)...will keep you posted once fixed as we will then have a spare for the forum:clap:

Next ....is to repair a slight ding on the door after some dude head-butted the car at Makro....I'm serious..this guy tripped while walking past the car and bumped his head into my door :banghead:..

This ones for you Ofentse...pic with all doors closed:thumb:

Hi Nish,

Yes, I got mine from Ross Duncan in Midrand...if I may ask, how much did it cost you. I do have my old one with..thinking of repairing it.

Hi bud

The one i got is an aftermarket one.Costed me R1500.Havent installed as yet though.

Keep me posted bru, I'd like to know if you feel a difference; with my new fuel pump, I can definitely feel an improvement in acceleration -- I am sure the old one was slowly giving in (or clogged up) ..:thumb:
