I'm new on the forum, already on other BMW forums but decided to join the local one as well.
Been driving a 1992 316 for a while with 384k km on the clock as a back up for my Jetta 5 tdi that needed some work done.
About to sell the 316 now and just bought over a 2000 318i AT with 81 500km on the clock. Had it in the family since new so I know what I have in the car... and were able to get it at book trade in for R42 000, which I would think was a bargain since it has very low milage for the age...
Live in Cape Town at the moment, by day I'm a civil engineer to pay the bills, after hours I'm a mechanic enthusiast, that does all the work on my cars myself, also enjoys hunting, mountain-biking and sailing...
