After a few hurdles that had to be ovetcome since Monday when she was loaded in Kempton Park, she was at the Namibian border at lunch time today. So, she should be in her daddy's arms tomorrow. Damn! It has been a rough ride this week, customs and customs and customs and calls and calls and fines and fines! Hope the bitter can now become sweet!

The pictures make her look very very good. Pain is cracking on bonnet. It has faded from 8 months being parked in rain and shine. Previous owner made a balls-up whn he resprayed her the cheap way. I am in Windjoek, Namibia. She arived yesterday at 11H00 SA time. Now to start driving her and enjoying the money I have spent...

When I took a tour of thunder's work premises he took me to show off this beauty. She is so much prettier in person :rollsmile:

She has only done close to 4000km since she returned. Have sorted out a few minor isssues but she is sounding mean and running strong. Paint is starting to come off now that summer is approaching even though she is mostly parked in a garage at home. Steering rack started to leak as well, so I am not going to refurbish but rather look for an e36 steering rack. had it done on one of my previous e30s that I owned.

Here is a pic of her after a wash, polish and shine.


And an e28 M5 that I am planning to buy but finances do not allow as yet. Enjoy!!
