Hi all! Just bought myself my very first car - a 2008 BMW 320d M-Sport. Got it for a huge bargain as it needs tlc so will be asking in the future for advice on a few things. My current problem is I have the professional navigation, but no cd. Is there any way to get it? I tried to buy it from my local BMW dealer but they just told me they do not keep stock of it anymore...

Hi guys, thanks will appreciate all advice given! I just did a major service on it, new tyres, new brake pads, and got a new exhaust system with a larger downpipe from Powerflow.

Just want to sort out the navigation problem as I am taking it on the long road on Friday, and I always manage to get lost without navigation haha!

Did you do the damper pulley and belts? This is a must.

No I haven't... A new (used) engine was installed in this car in January, so have no clue of what the actual mileage of the engine is so don't really know what needs to be replaced and when....

second thing, looks like your front and back wheels are swapped around (fronts rims are narrower than the rears)

And thirdly... is that a 4X4 mini in the background ??

Welcome to the forum bud.

From the picture of the front, the car has the exclusive bumper.. Not sure if it is an M-sport or exclusive, upload a few more pics. Your car should have sport seats and a sports steering wheel if it is an M-Sport.

Also, see your car has no fog lights but also halogens, makes me think the bumper or headlights were replaced for whatever reason.. Those chrome kidney grills are interesting as well, as far as I was aware, only 6 cylinder E90's came with chrome grills. Check with the guy you purchased from, if the car was ever involved in an accident - unless you already know and that is why you managed to pick up the car cheap.

Yeah I have sports seats, and the steering wheel. Car was in an accident and he tried to fix it cheap but ran out of funds. I'm going to buy new bumpers, side skirts, and repaint the entire car.
