Hi Guys, just thought I'd introduce myself on here.

Coming from the VAG stable with a A3 1.8t this is quite a nice upgrade for me. Got the car just over a week ago and absolutely love it! Well except for the fuel consumption:hammerhead:

Hahah no definitely not!! 6 cylinders, twin turbos and RWD - far outweighs the poor fuel consumption:rollsmile:

Welcome, nice car if you don't keep the peddle to the floor very often then the consumption shouldn't be too bad, I just floor it if I hear other turbo's around me LOL :biglol:

Well I must say it isn't too bad if you try and drive it nicely. I got 580km off 50L which I think is pretty good!

But go anywhere near the GO pedal and that quickly gets much worse... I don't think I should do downpipes if I want any sort of good fuel consumption:roflol:

That is pretty decent in my book. There is other factors more important in life than fuel consumption. In my case its not necessarily speed, but comfort. 2 Tons of comfortable space is better than decent consumption. This coming fro ma guy who used to brag about the fuel efficiency of his 320d, but with the family that grew, space became a bigger need.
