New key for E36

I need to code a new key to my son's E36. It has the original key but he want's a spare in case of emergency. I remember about two years ago there was someone in Cape Town that came to your house to cut the key, code it and programme it for about R1300. Cannot find it on the Forum but i am sure it was on this Forum as i got a quote from him as well but never got to doing it. Have since cut a key in order to unlock the door manually but of course won't be able to start the car. Anyone with info as to who can code a key and programme it for me?? (I do not want to order one through the Stealers for obvious reasons!) Thanks!
