I still think the entire Saga of the last few weeks, and specifically the last few days could have been handled better, but yea, no help dwelling on the "woulda, coulda, shoulda"...

They are gone, and I hope thorugh word of mouth they might see that we have indeed made a change, and might even ask to come back.

I asked Charles that we need to accept we can be wrong, and we need to own up as well when we are wrong, as we can not lose more valuable friends...and members...

I think sometimes change is needed to look past all the shit in the past. hopefully with the new team in place and fresh ideas we will put the forum back on track and grow the member list with people with love and passion for the brand :thumbs: mistakes have been made and lessons learnt but that's one of the joys of a developing community :=):

Jandre gave notice in January that he was resigning as admin and is going to focus on his family business and will depart as admin at the end of March 2014. A week ago Jandre decided to expedite his departure - which is still sad news for us.

Dippies made the same decision. We tried to convince Dippies to stay on but he decided not to serve as admin any more.

The change in structure was also brought about to protect our admin more & to flatten the lines of communication. :thumbs:

I hope you buy every one of the admin members new brooms
