New exhaust

Hi guys I am in need of advice, I m about to fit a Rougue Performance exhaust on my F20 125i but I m worried about the fact I dnt have software yet. Should I do software first or does it matter which one I start with?
If software first, which one would you guys recommend?

No need to go software for only exhaust
Are you having downpipe done as well?

I know of guys fitting DP's to their F20's and no errors coming up.
But im not sure if it remains like that or over time you eventually get error's...

Whats your reason for fitting an aftermarket exhaust?

No code on the dash but it does throw a code that can be read. Fit a minicat if you doing downpipes

How would this affect the warranty??? I want an exhaust system and de cat but need to keep my warranty, can anybody give me any ideas?? Also F21 125i M Sport

Not sure if there is a exhaust and decat system from BMW. How different is the M135i standard exhaust and the 125i. Size? Would just need a new rear valance
