I attended the event this past Saturday. Amazing machine. The MSport with the MPerformance accessories is a beaut..

I checked it out now while waiting for my lift to work at SMG, beautiful machine, lots of new tech, the 540 On display as specced is at around R1.25 million....that's a lot of money in anyone's language , but then again we have golfs at astronomical prices....

Saw a few of them leaving the track friday evening when I was on my way home. The car definitely looks better in the flesh than pics!

I saw a 540i at the Shell garage opposite Auto Glen the other day, looks good was also MSport trim.. :coolShake:

Going end of the week so looking forward to getting a close up view. Indeed pricing wise it gets interesting, but I suspect this is one awesome machine. Will feed back next weekend :rollsmile:

Was amazing, car is even better than it looks.

I drove the 530d. A lot more nimble than the F10 i found... handles it weight and size a bit better. And somehow, also smoother over bumps. The 1 I drove didn't have edc.
The toys are nice.. but if you have an F10 i don't think it makes sense to switch up. If you're looking to upgrade your E90 or F30 to something bigger and newer, then yes.

Also.. at R1.05mil for the 530d I drove... i hate to say it, but I'd being finding hard to not look at the new E class... i sat in a E250d i think and it feels so much more premium.. and with cooler toys, for less money.
