need help!!

Hi guys ,my car is giving me a serious headache,in the mornings or when its cold,the turn signal dont work on my e90,but during the day when its hot eveything works fine,bmw replaced steering column switch including steering angle sensor,but the problem keep on comming back,What might be the problem guys?

Could it be condensation on some of the electrics? So when it's warmer later the day things work? But I guess if a Control Unit was that far along other things would be broken too.. Best of Luck!
