On my e39, should the sticker be above the 3rd brake light or below?

can't wait to put mine in........then its almost original.....
still need to find somebody who can replenish a fire extinguisher
And will need to do some pictures, and the car will be in a magazine shortly........hoping to have all the bits and pieces in by then...
