Need advice on 2006 E90 325i

Hey guys. I'm planning to buy a 2nd hand E90 325i but I can't find but negative reviews about this car. Apperently they have a lot of problems with the transmission and water pump and stuff. Can any owner of this car help me ? I'm very thankful

Manual boxes are solid.

Check if water pump and thermostats has been replaced and when.

Oil filter housing and cooler exchange gaskets get old and leak oil, easy fix

Diffs are weak on these cars

Servicing is cheap, easy enough to do it yourself if you have the right tools

I have an 2007 325i coupe (E92). Currently on 126 xxx km. I bought it from a forum member actually.

To date, I've spent about R30k on maintenance and I've owned it for over 3 years.

The previous owner changed the diff, water pump and thermostat haven't been changed. I'm anticipating this, hopefully the warranty will soften the blow.
