Hmmm, this is the same place we discussed previously, so definitely check the mileage, by all means possible. Also get the car hooked up to a computer with INPA and verify the mileage on all the modules. It seems that all the cars at this dealer has around the same mileage...

but i suppose you can only judge when you see it up close.

Yeah I'm not sure if there was even and OEM fitment for a towbar on e36 M3 (ok there is, I just checked, but it doesnt look like this). That rear spoiler also doesnt look right.
But those are small issues on a overall very nice looking car.
