Are there Northern Cape members still active on the forum? Y'sters, Kimberlites :)

I've recently moved to Kimberley a couple of years ago, would be great to catch up with some forum members locally at an event or even grab a coffee.

Kimberley is now pretty much all about spinning when it comes to motoring events, not my cup of tea any more. So I just attend the local drags events on the old Bloem road, I actually recorded the 2019 Easter Drags. Here' the video

In actual fact - they are racing this coming weekend on the Bloem rd, but I won't be attending.

Recently moved to Kimberley as well. Would be nice to meet up at Seattle sometime

I know Strollingcoal is also originally from Kimberley and comes through every now and then.

Yep I pull through about once a month, mostly based in Bloem though. I totally agree, we should arrange a meet up :fencelook: Unfortunately I'm not around to assist with arrangements, but if you do organise something, I'm there :cthulhu:

I don't mind arranging the meetup. Since my arrival, I've actually befriended quite a few car enthusiasts and seeing as Kby is relatively small maybe I can invite them too. Because we might be x5 people if it's a BMW fanatics meetup :roflol:

Yeah, Seattle is pretty chilled location, I work from there sometimes.

Sounds good! Keep us posted on possible dates etc. There's some pretty decent places for a meet up in Kimberley. A few years ago the Toyota guys had a meet up/park off at the Big Hole, that was quite epic.

The big hole also has a nice drinking hole for those keen on sipping a cold one.

There's also a nice spot close to Ritchie, it's on the river bank. Big variety of gins and crafts. Only con, there's a small gravel road that leads up the entrance. This is nice as we can have a mini-drive outside Kby.

Do you guys want to meet up in December this year before everyone goes on Holiday?

Saturday afternoon from 5pm?

I'll probably be in Kimberley on 30th November, also I'll be there this coming weekend 22nd November, so we can have an initial meet n greet? I'll ask @Anees if he's around.
