Nice one guys.....I would've loved to join but couldn't unfortunately.

One thing I noticed though is there isn't a whole lot of smiling going on in those pics....not much happiness going around.:thumbdo:
that's true bro it really sad when you witness the living conditions of those who live there..... makes you appreciate the life that you have ...
i'm glad that we could bring some smiles on the kids faces even it was just for a short while

Maybe the pics didn't capture that as taking pics was not a priority but for those of us that were there, we got to experience firsthand the joy of giving and the smiles of little ones that could melt the coldest hearts. That pic will stay in our minds for eternity - pity we cant share it with the rest of the Fanatics. I am grateful for this experience and hold everybody involved in very high esteem :bravo::praise: you guys are heroes.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I take a hell of a lot more pics for runs but this time it wasn't a priority at all. The gratitude these kids and even the adults expressed to us would even make chuck norris shed a tear. The joy we brought for that short period of time was a priceless feeling, enough to make the guys want to do this on a regular basis.

i did find a smile captured on camera, on our second stop we parked on this narrow road and directly opposite a house half converted to a spaza shop, there i found this little angel who had no smile, upon asking the people who lived there i learnt that she was an orphan as her mum wasnt around since she was 6 months old and her dad died somehow, seeing as she is maybe a year younger than my little niece and whose old and new clothes and shoes i brought along.. you should see the smile on her face when she got 2 packets of new threads and shoes..

one word.. PRICELESS! my only hope is that as she grows and raises herself out of the poverty, she remembers the day a bunch of cruddy looking chaps in cool bmws came to spread some xmas cheer... those clothes will be on her back for month/years to come..

:thumbs:

Tooo cute!!

Well done guys!! :praise::praise:

It's great to see people helping others. We all get so caught up in our own lives that we forget how much worse others have it.

Sometimes the greatest gift you can give is the gift of your time! Its amazing to see the amount of people who came out to support your cause!

:bravo:

:thumbs: top stuff guys it was an awsome experience to see the joy on those peoples faces when they recieved the food, toys etc. We really take everything we have for granted and never seem to be satisfied wud what we have. We need to get together more often and do stuff like this as these people are suffering tru out the year every little bit counts. To yulz and the guys that put this event together great work guyz :bravo:

Well done guys and all involved.
You guys pics really captured "povety" and it is really sad.

Some of us came from poverty and through hard word and determination we drive nice cars and live in big houses, so it's only fair to give back the way you guys did.
A very big thank you guys for making this happen, and making these people's lives a little better, and in return, giving them hope

Thanks KZN Fanatics:thumbs:
