Guys lets plan this in steps.
First I want to start confirming donors and the 2 homes we'll visit on the day.
I think it would be preferable if donors actually donate toys, food, clothes etc rather than money. Less admin to deal with.
Maybe a couple of the regulars meet up before the day to sort out donations and allocate between the charities and so on. So whoever is willing to donate would also need to maybe meet up with us or drop off with one of us before the day. It would make life a lot easier instead of the hassle of sorting things on the morning. What you guys think? OR would you prefer we sort out all donations at the initial meeting spot on the morning of the run?
