Made 236kw@APR dyno day with my stock n55 135...strongest stock 135 there...stock n54 335 made 217kw on the same day...done on pump fuel...Impressed with power seeing that people say that the n54 makes more power than n55...the guys @ APR say that 135s make around 225kw there...
Nice  I think people mean that the N54 reacts much more effectively to tuning than the N55. I've also come across this info on 1addicts as well. Can any users substantiate this?
1M:thinking:
Oh and by the way van der Linde's dyno runs very accurate and is 20wkw less(yes 20 less) than 2 other dyno's i tested my M on so i could believe the difference as the tollerances BMW manufacture under are very precise. Good power there buddy!
2 turbos in this case can move more air as the boost pressure is raised towards the rev limit .
being able to keep up with the airflow needs of the engine as the revs climb is key to the "efficiency"
