N55 performance tuning chip - advice please

the N55 engine - I am considering a DTE chip for performance?

Please give me your inputs as to WHAT to look at and WHERE to do it, if at all advisable!

Don't waste your time, get a JB4. Much more functionality and options.

1. performance chip - JB4 is in the lead then, someone told me that it is better to have the current chip re-mapped than to put in a new one, your thoughts?

2. Down-piping: worth it or not?

Jb is a piggy back that works wonders and works well with downpipe.There is two jb4 s for sale check in the for sale section.

You can flash the ECU with a BMS flash via the MDH app and use the JB4 as a safety net.
