N54 oil cooler housing gasket

How's it guys, how many of the 335 n54 or even 55 owners have had an issue where you're oil cooler gasket has gotten really bad and sprouted up a leak. Seems like a it's a popular issue on these cars

No issues with my N54.

But our the 323i has this issue.

I had the same problem with my e90. Just replaced the oil cooler gasket. I got it for about R60. Its a straight forward job. These gaskets gets worn out so its not surprising that something like that would happen.

Ive done the fix, it was straight forward, gasket costed R360 from bmw, job took about an hour including oils change with new filter, coolent flush, pressure test and bleeding or air.....
