Interesting read and data to support their marketing.
Is there any aftermarket intercooler comparisons?
Which is the best aftermarket cooler?
Anybody made up a bigger intercooler than these aftermarket ones?

The market is flooded with aftermarket IC's and they all offer obvious gains over stock. There is only so much space for a bigger IC..
I assume the IC that can fill that space best is ideal taking into consideration density, flow and all that...

But with the option of running methanol for cooling AND power and now e95 most guys have skipped a bigger IC as an option.

Fitted a AMS intercooler on my N54 in 2010. Paid a lot of money and was a total waste. What you read unfortunately in real life does not work out. I have a saying " if you cant baffle them BS them with technology"

Next time consider the Wagner Intercoolers. Normally, a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Some of our of Wagner clients have admitted they only considered them after the first other options were not so good...

Here is a decent VW comparison against all the more established intercoolers: Link. There some info if you search for Wagner on the 335i's too
