N54 Downpipes - Mini cats and Install

Hi Guys

Just bought a set of Catless downpipes for my 135i(see picture attached), They do not have the mini cats.

Any suggestions as to where I can buy these mini cats/ cat foolers , and a cost indications.

And Also where’s a great fitment center to install the DPs, and maybe a fitment center that could also supply the mini cats.

Check with sr speedworks or Rogue performance exhaust or even TMSS...I think a cat is like R500

You can also ask Chris at CCD to fit, minicats you can get at MR Turbo for R500 i think

No , car doesn’t have a tune . But I’m getting a jb4 in a month or so . Do you think I can run the downpipes without the cat foolers until I get the jb4 ?

I’m really itching to install the DPs

My car wasn't happy without them. with or without the tune.

The same thing kept happening I would get the error:

"02 Sensors after catalytic converters signal set at: rich"

This made my fuel consumption go through the roof. I got a set of cat Foolers from Powerflow Randburg and all the problems went away.

Just to be clear about something, I tried this with a MHD stage 0 tune a MHD stage 2 tune a MHD stage 2+ tune a MHD backend flash and then finally a full back to stock tune. Same error every time.

Some people can run without them and some people can't from what I have heard? also it depends on the tune you have as to weather or not the software writes those problems out or not perhaps the MHD doesn't and JB4 maybe has the option to sort that out.

That was my experience anyways.

If i were you i would wait until you get the JB4 and then install the down pipes, it will save you the expense of getting the cat foolers which you dont need when you have the JB.

Wait for the JB4!!!

I've got the same down pipes on my car (Mr Turbo).

Awesome quality and not a single issue with fitment.

Dont worry about mini cats. Waste of money.

Downpipes, secondary cat delete and i had no errors even in stock form.

But you want that JB :smilebounce:
