Hello waxy and welcome to the forum, nice wheels you have as well...

Couple questions for you,
Whose Bradley Wood?
Why you choosing to use a predominantly VW tuner to work on a BMW? I got Nothing against your chosen tuner...
Have you spoken to any of the forum sponsors like Rennzport, xcede or project shift? All of them have representation in Durban
What's your goal with the car?

Thanks...

Are Stealth tuning X35s now? Always believed them to be Vag tuning specialists. Personally prefer the stealth  of the DVs over the BOV

Agree with the guys here . Suggest you look at JB4 before making your decision. It's an awesome piggyback tuning option with lots of functionality

Please help a old school guy here. I have a N54 335i 08 model. Isnt the LCI version as Waxy had , ) from the diffrent kidneys) a N55 motor?

Where does N54 change to N55? Did the change happen with the facelift?

I believe it was in the latter part of 2010 but not exactly sure which month.

2009 (UK) facelift with the introduction of efficiency dynamic engines in 2010.. That's 54 to 55

Also, your motor looks sweet- love the stance of the LCI- a few mm wider than the models before.

I'd recommend the ferric wheels and perhaps a carbon boot spoiler

Have you seen a stealth 35 run? Don't judge so quickly these guys really know what they doing when it comes to tuning across most brands, just last weekend both Stealth GTR's were running 11.0 with minimal mods same day the p800 (rumors of being 1000s)boys were running 11.2s iirc. So no problem not just good at vags

Please note my words, " I got nothing against your chosen tuner" just querying the logic of his choice, also I will punt forum advertisers first before anyone else a they are accountable for their service in this community...

Lastly, we had a dyno meetup at stealth Durban this Friday night and their hospitality was first class...

Hi guys did go ahead with stealth software . Downpipes and exhaust with Bradley Wood. ( trained under Doug Wallace). The map is the same as before DPs . (Unlike jb4 which uses a different map). See attached gains Dyno done at stealth. My feeling is mayb look at JB now for versatility ?

JB4 is the way to go.
With DP, decent fuel with JB you will easily break the 265wkw mark i'm sure.

What is so special about this exhaust? What kind of dimension you looking at?

Hi Gents, nothing wrong with Stealth Durban. RiaZ know BMW's very well & the JB system aswell, the highest HP N54 to date on stock turbo's was setup by myself, BMSport & Riaz. 342wkw@744Nm. Riaz also tuned Nicks GTR which was the quickest car for the day at this month's Mtuba drags running a time of 10.3@221 so I wouldn't say he is " a predominantly VW tuner ", he can tune anything to perfection IMO. Speak to Stealth buddy and nothing against the rest of the tuners mentioned.

I spoke to Riaz after the DP and exhaust . I did think that he would adjust the mapping but he just loaded the previous map. He did not sound enthusiastic about being able to get more out my car:thumbdo:
