N47D20 Metallic Rattle/Rumble

Howdy All, Long time :smilebounce:

I'm battling with my N47D20 engine,
Everything was fine until about a year ago when I ran an big end journal bearing, naturally, engine comes out, crank gets removed and it gets cut back - in this case, I had it cut back 20thou or 0.5mm,
Ever since the rebuilt I have been battling this metallic rattle/Rumble noise once the engines warm.

Take a listen for yourself - [video=youtube]

I've plastic gauged the journals and they are 2thou consistent,
Whilst I had the engine out I did the following:
- Hydraulic lifters,
- Head gasket,
- Head bolts,
- Injector o-rings and copper rings,
- Timing chain kit, including sprockets and tensioners,
- Big end bearings - NOT main bearings,

I installed a oil pressure gauge in the cabin and have consistent 3bar at cold idle and 1.2-1.3bar warm idle,

The metallic noise is much louder once the engine warms up as opposed to when cold.
I'm running 15w-40 oil in an attempt to eliminate the noise,

Engine noise coming from the back of the engine underneath, right about where the engine and gearbox meets.
I've used a stethoscope and cannot identify the noise directly on the surface.

This past week, I had the engine removed ONCE AGAIN to see what was going on and found the high pressure oil pump sprocket was out of alignment, convinced this was the issue, re-torqued the pump bolt, aligning the sprocket and chain, but NOPE, still the same issue,

Anywhere else I can look?
Other things I've checked to ensure they are not the cause:
- Dual mass flywheel checked and tested,
- Piston/valve clearance,
- Engine timing,
- Oil pump pressure,

As you can imagine - 6months - 3000 km's later without resolution, I'm a little frustrated,
Some pictures of the engine and the most recent chain alignment issue.

Any updates on this? Going through the same nightmare after a rebuild which costed me much more than a replacement.
