N47 Swirl flap delete

I know there are numerous topics and advice regarding swirl flap delete on the forum, however I am looking for advice on how/what I can use to plug the hole where the actuator shaft comes out of the manifold. I know there is a plug/bung available and so far have only seen this needing to be imported, and that's not going to happen very soon with the current lockdowns in place.

Does anyone know where I can source this locally or any other option available? I am based in Cape Town.

Good luck with finding them locally. It was a real mission when I did mine a while back which is why I eventually imported the blanks

I would also like to import, but there are huge delays currently and some suppliers not even shipping to SA, that's why I'm hoping someone can shed some light on an alternative maybe.
When you did yours did you blank off the flaps as well?

I blanked off all the flaps and just detached the rod from the actuator on my 330d and my sister's 120d. The swirl flaps on both cars still looked pretty decent.

Edit-Both the cars that I did were M47 and M57 motors,not N.
