Hey there Fanatics.
Need some help please. I drive a 2004 e46 318i, N46B20 engine. I did an oil change over the weekend and decided to read the codes in the ECU while i am at it, managed to clear all the other faults, except for one, a 2A88 Vanos error.
My question is, would cleaning the solenoids properly resolve the issue or am i looking at a complete Vanos rebuild? If rebuild is the option, how much do these jobs normally go?
