Hi, having some trouble with my e46 N42B20A and i see no solution at the moment.
At the moment:
At start up there seems to be nothing wrong with it, but if i rev the engine past 3000 rpm the engine rattles horribly and usually dies when the rev is dropping.
And i cant rev it past 4000 for some reason.
But if i unplugg the vanos (9 pin) and the plug to the valvetronic motor the rattle disappears but the rest still remains.
Fault codes at the moment:
Inlet outlet vanos
Exhaust camshaft sensor
