My Not So GREAT Day!

So Today i decided to take my kid and girlfriend out to a zoo, we agree on the Snake park near Harties, so we pack and leave, do the 70 odd km's there, Awesome drive there, windows open, wind blowing with a gently breeze, get to the snake park, spend 3 hours there seeing the lions and seals and snakes, time to leave so we hop into the car and head home, driving alone when BAM! Overheating orange light, then not even 2 seconds the red light shows its unwanted face and throttle stops responding! Pull over and notice anti-freeze sprayed around the engine bay!! Signs of poor workmanship! :thumbdo: so Phone BMW Assist tell them the story they will phone me right back (Note i have my GF and my 5 month old girl with me stranded on a deserted road near harties) so 29 mins go by and no phone call, so i phone them and "Oh the consultant you where dealing with is busy on the line with the towing company" WTF 28 mins later??? So eventually towing company gets there and puts my 335i on the flat bed and i realize BMW's courtesy "take you home" guys arent there, so i phone again and they say the towing company will take me home, once again WTF!!! why offer a service and not provide?

I suggest you dont leave it at that, make them catch a wake up!!! Hope you noted the consultants name and all the info required!

Thats bullshit. This is the reason I am jumping to other brands for a while.

It's actually quite scary reading this, people buy new cars with MP & peace of mind that you won't be left stranded.

Like GS, I'm also considering other brands till BMWSA changes its attitude
