Yes, I want a 850, he was needing to by a car for his manager/director, so it works out well. His selling and my asking price are the same so...why not. I dont use the 530i..gathering dust, mt wife doesnt want it. My 335i i enjoy more and I drive a Ranger daily. So this one will go next to my 530MLE.

In terms of asset future value, this is a no brainer.
Maintance however may be a major issue, but that 850 is going to be worth a fortune in 10 years time...

That one looks amazing! I am not qualified to predict but an 850i may become as special as an M1 in good time. This car is very special! The styling, the feeling you get just by looking at one, the iconic symbol of its time and the rarity of the breed!
It was called the "German Ferrari" by a motoring journal before its launch! This car, along with Mercs SL were stars that entered the market in its time. And, I think this one has held its value much more greatly than the SL.
And, you can always buy cheap old 750iLs to use mechanical parts from! And, get rid of the rest of the old 7!
