My brother has a 320i almost the same spec sheet as yours, his also has the sports automatic with the paddle shifters.
I stand to be corrected but if the car has the sport auto and paddles you get one more extra "sport" setting over the std auto.

I think that might be called Sport+. Didn't know it wasn't standard. Only difference I can see between Sport and Sport+ is that traction control is turned off for Sport+.
