Great figures, what clutch are you ordering? Does the flywheel need any replacement with this upgrade?

Hi,

I orded the clutch from a 550i F10. Heard good storys from people who have done this already.
The clutch uses the oem flywheel as it was oem fitted the the e92 lci 335is which we never got locally

I don't want to hijack this thread with questions :smilebounce: but would you mind sending me a PM with the details of what it takes to fit the clutch? Pressure plate, or bolts etc.

Thanks guys,

Clutch kit arrived yesterday. Hoping to get this fitted next week if i get the time.

Some added info on the clutch:

From ECS tunning: The (335is) clutch in question is used on the F10 550i, tuned these make over 500 lbs ft of torque and the clutch holds it with no problems. BMW does not release exact torque holding values for clutches (and I haven't had this one sent off for testing) but it is believed to hold between 500 and 600 lbs ft of torque. This clutch is an excellent upgrade for non 335is/550i/650i models. It features a more heavy duty clutch disc and more holding power with a little more firm clutch pedal effort.

Thanks my bru. Also want to see the difference the clutch makes. Will install the bms clutch valve at the same time.

Short video of the noise the car makes with inlets mixed with the BOV.
