Thanks they are bright

I got them from Ebay. In total it cost me around R350 a pair landed. Much cheaper than getting them local at R700 a set.

Once again Xflow assisted me on getting my Downpipes and fitting with my tough working scheduled. Explained my time constraints and he had my car ready on time for me.

Big Up guys. Car sounds awesome.

I also had the secondary cats hollowed out.

So this weekend i entered the dyno event at FR&R.

Would just like to say thanks to Shayne @ Masstronix for the long hours the night before getting my JB4 Setup and ironing out some issues.

So i did my first run after having the downpipes fitted. Needed some numbers before we do the backend flash.

Mods on the day: JB4, Intake, Downpipe, Charge pipe and 95 fuel with eth.

Car made 371.2 Hp @ 4899 rpm and 590 Nm @ 3858 rpm.

Some pics on the day:

Still plenty more to come out of this bad boy:cartel:

Looks very nice indeed!

What's the pro's on installing these bulbs vs a LED (you mention LED, so I presume you had them installed? )

I would also like to know if they will fit a non-xenon headlight with Angel Eyes.

I did not like having all the extra components that came with the LED's.
The LED's spherical pattern did not light up the full outer ring.
LED's are not dimmable like Halogen.

Halogen bulbs disperse light alot better than LED.

Only downside will be that LED will always give you the crisp white colour.

Been a while since i updated this thread as not much has happened. Car was in at bmw most of the time getting parts changed. Went through a really massive refresh.

Now that motorplan is over time to start playing.

Purchased a set of 19" csl wheels from Gareth. Wheels was on his e46 M3.

Also got around to fitting the downpipes back and 101mm Akrapovic tailpipes at Xflow , new charge pipe and bov, JB4, and MHD backend flash (thanks to Kish for assisting).

Car is running the base pump flash while we busy sorting out some minor tweaks.

On the cards are

Oil Catch Can
Bigger intercooler
Exhaust system
Drop suspension (maybe coilovers if budget allows)
Rear wheels need a set of spacers

Thats about it. Not planning to go big with it. Just fun enough to enjoy some trips with the family and hit the track when in the mood.

Some pics. With the new shocks car looks like a 4x4 and dissipoints the wheels IMO.
