Thanks for the call kish:praise:

Not sure why the target boost is so low
I was getting 17 to 18 psi until all this changes

When i get the car back tomorrow will play around with the jb settings

Guys i looked everywhere. I cant see any boost leaks or oil residue.

Karsh, sorry to hear about the issues bud...
Hope it gets sorted soon...

I'm no expert at reading logs and diagnosing issues.
But i've noticed that the PWM (Vacuum applied to the wastegate) is rather high at low boost as well as approaching the red line. Usually only rises on spooling up the turbos. Possibly loose diverter valve, missing oring or meth bung plug from chargepipe (if newly installed).

Theres a thread on N54tech with steps to do a vacuum line test.
http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13114

Also noticed that the Avg_Ign stays at 0.1, i'm not sure if thats normal. What fuel are you using ? with pump fuel i noticed my avg_ign is usually around 3.5.

Try change you default wastegate position to 60.

I may just be stating the obvious (Newbie to reading logs), I'm sure there are experts on the forum that will help you sort out your issue very soon.

from around 1900rpm pwm is perfect not maxed out at all the reason the boost target is so low is because the jb is set to map1
change your map to 5

I havnt done a log in map 5 yet. But i used to get 18 PSI in map 5 with JB only. Now its the same 10 psi max on map 1 and map 5

do a log in map 5 and lets see your targets vs actual boost vs pwm

Thanks guys well the main issue with boost was due to my steering controls which were off.

With regards to the 30ff the new vacuum lines installed by BMW fixed that issue up.

The major service done just brought the car alive.

Have not updated in a while. So here goes.

I got myself a set of GP Thunder 8500K angel eye bulbs. I tried every LED bulb on the market and i did not like the finish product.

I gave these bulbs a try and i must say i am very impressed. Its bright. It lights up the rings so much better than LEDs. Easy to fit

Packaging:

GP Bulb VS OEM:

Thanks To Nivz at JSN BMW for getting me a set of gloss black grills.

Thanks brother

Once again Xflow assisted me on getting my Downpipes and fitting with my tough working scheduled. Explained my time constraints and he had my car ready on time for me.

Big Up guys. Car sounds awesome.

I also had the secondary cats hollowed out.

So this weekend i entered the dyno event at FR&R.

Would just like to say thanks to Shayne @ Masstronix for the long hours the night before getting my JB4 Setup and ironing out some issues.

So i did my first run after having the downpipes fitted. Needed some numbers before we do the backend flash.

Mods on the day: JB4, Intake, Downpipe, Charge pipe and 95 fuel with eth.

Car made 371.2 Hp @ 4899 rpm and 590 Nm @ 3858 rpm.

Some pics on the day:
