Congrats.. love the rs4..
First 3 gears very few cars come close...

And i see it has CA plates so I'm assuming you in cape town...
Na car at the coast is the best!

Up here they lose their wow factor due to altitude however..

This is still my fav car to date, the B7 was just made perfectly in every single way... had the amazing opportunity to be overtaken by one that had a supercharger bolted on it. The deep bass of the V8 and that super charger whine... *i'm having a crisis*

Congrats and many happy safe miles.

Since no one is doing it, can I ask for a cold start sound clip?

Lovely. That is my favorite colour for the RS4 as well.:coolShake:

Does yours still have its magnetic dampers, or have they been replaced with the popular Bilstein alternatives?

I have lusted after one of these for a long time. Its an awesome experience, and as you said...... No better/worse than something from the BMW stable, but completely different.

BTW - I have also lately been unfaithful to the BMW brand to satisfy my V8 cravings.
Everything does not begin and end with the roundel

It still has the DRC story, but was replaced at I think around 80k km by Audi.... Bilstein will be my go to when they eventually do fail... again :)

On a separate note, this is the second time I have gone for the Yoki AD08's.

I cannot begin to explain how good they are in terms of a nice in between, between full semis and street tyres AND price.Highly recommend them

That coupled with Quattro will be epic!

I also love those tyres. Have a set currently on their way from errols:pimp:

BTW - There is a flap in the airbox you can disable to produce more induction noise. Sounds awesome with it open coupled with the exhaust flaps open
