Bought the steering wheel wrap from a company called DSG-Paddles in Australia, but they source it from Chinese company, but what is leker you can customize the center line colour and stitch colour.
Cost about R750 with some import charges thanks to SAPO.
The total time for fitting the steering wrap is about 5 hours including removal, fitting, cleaning and stitching.

A small update on the Rocco.
Before Everything Here:
Black badges bought from JAB Sport.
Fitted with a bit of double sided tape.
Ties in more with the Gloss Black accents on the car:
Bought an OEM Roc Cup Wing From VAG Cafe:
Had it painted gloss black and tried to fit it, but came across an issue.
I tried fitting the wing and it would either sit flush on the roof side or sit flush on the back side.
After doing some research I found out that the Scirocco R has different side spoilers on the rear panel compared to the non-R Rocs.
To confirm this suspicion I drove around with a measuring tape in my car and stopped by the first parked TSI I saw and started doing measurements.
And it was True, the Roc R's side spoilers are 1.5 cm longer, and 0.4cm wider at the top where it would meet with the wing.
I also found out some Rs came from the factory with TSI wings and side rear spoilers due to a shortage of the R style wings, according to Scirocco Central.
I thought of maybe trimming my original side spoilers, but thought against it as I like doing things properly.
So I ordered the two new rear side spoilers for the TSI.
Part Numbers for TSI Spoilers : 1K8 805 945D and 1K8 805 946D
Part Numbers for R Spoilers : 1K8 805 945E and 1K8 805 946E
Once I got the parts in hand I could finally go ahead and fit the wing:
Removing the stock wing isn't difficult, just take care, the bolts that can fall into the boot lid cavity.
The stock wing is held on with 5 bolts and a tiny bit of double sided tape on either side of the wing.
The OEM cup wing is fitted using adhesive, my adhsive of choice was Betalink, supplied with BMW OEM wings kits.
And then had to tape it down every single angle to let the adhesive cure.

After (Still dity as I couldn't wash the car for a couple of days after fitting):
Also Wrapped the remainder of the roof gloss black to tie in the front side of the roof and the wing.

And added R decals on the rear quarters in a Matte Metallic grey that blends well with the car, so the decals can only be seen when the light hits it just right.
And then finally bought some Brembo Disks and Pads from VAG Cafe to replace mine, as my disks had quit a lip and a bit thin to skim.
The brembo parts look great and the pads have the clips for the outter pads which funny enough the OEM pads from VW don't.
The disks are painted with grey paint on the edge of the disk and the hub, which hopefully will stay and keep away the Rust that always makes the disk look a bit sleg.
The Brembo Disk brand new weighs 12kg while the used OEM disk 11.17kg, not sure if its the composition of the disk or the material that has been taken away that accounts for this difference.
Found the Technicians Manual for Scirocco on Scirocco Central, so had the correct torque settings and proper techniques for fitting.

Disks Off, Tried to clean up some of the rust on the hubs and gave it a small coating of BMW Brake Pad paste so that it doesn't bind to the Disk.
Due to the shape of the caliper, the caliper reset tool has to be angled through a small hole to get it in place.
The Clips on the outer brake pads clip firm within the caliper and hold the pad centered, the OEM pads lack this clip.
