That looks really good, prefer the sideskirt in black?

Question: How's maintenance on the DSG box, I'm considering replacing my E46 with a G6 GTi soon...just trying to choose between the two gearboxes - thanks

I'm still thinking about spraying the sideskirts lol
I think if you find a well looked after one, the DSG box shouldn't give any problems, In my opinion if you buy a GTi it must be in DSG lol That gear change sound :inlove:

Apparently all issues sort out on the DSG box on the G6 range...rock solid. The DSG is really fast and a breeze to drive in traffic. The launch control is also a nice to have with some serious off the line acceleration. Check out some of my videos on youtube under "Rommellollis"

I average about 9.3L/100km combined. (fuelly.com) With a little highway now and then. My car is dead stock with 14k on the clock. She just had her first service at Hatfield Bryanston VW.

@The_Mo: Nice G5 man!! she looks clean! What mods do you have planned for her? I'm just waiting for my 2 year warranty to pass then I'll start with BPU stuff.

Thanks Mo, Rommies. Will check out those vids, don't you feel like you miss the third pedal sometimes? Maybe the supra makes up for that.

I don't trust the dealer (that's right, there's only one dealer lol) to do the servicing, I don't trust they would know how to handle the DSG..changing the oil etc. That's my only worry.

Sorry to hijack :fencelook:

Dealers are just lazy as sh!t. You have to know some people to get the job done right the first time. (Sadly the way SA works) but I must say...most VW dealers gives good service. The Hatfield VW group is great.

@Mo: Damn your pictures look good! I think we must do a photoshoot together :fencelook:
