Did not get much done this weekend, was a Mates Wedding so had such a hangover I could hardly breath saturday:biglol:
Mounted the Baffle with supports
Covered with Fleece, applied resin but did not take any pics
Collected my splits, good old papercones, can't wait to hear them
This week it will be full steam ahead.

More work done last night, Think I am losing motivation to finish it, so gatvol of fibreglass already lol
3 coats of resin cured on the sub box
Excess fabric trimmed off
Back cut open for easier access to fibreglass the inside
5 layers of FG added, also resin'd some Nylon rope on the inside of the walls for extra strength
Amp rack panels shape is about 90% done, little but of filler and sanding then it will be ready for covering. Need to build the amp mount tonight

I am not having enough hours in my afternoons to get everything done, worst is my neighbors are starting to complain about all the power tool noises.
Anyways, Started with the amp rack facia trim plate
Making some dust
Rough fitting, will route the edges tonight and get the shape sorted
Also sealed up the back of the box again with 8 layers of FG and strengthened with nylon.

Slowly but surely progress is being made.
Think I am going to need to buy a house before I can finish my install, because now the wife is also starting to complain about the noise :tiptoe:
Started with the mounting base for the amp. Used the CD slots in the storage compartment for the uprights, everything fits like a puzzle piece by piece, which took sometime to measure and cut.
Supports added
Test fitting, need another 5mm clearance then it will be perfect

Got some shizz done this weekend.
Amp rack mount sorted
Amp trim panel routed and sanded
Wrapped in Brushed Alu 3M vinyl
Side Panel received a scrubbing
Amp panel covered and trim mounted
Sub box was trimmed and sanded
Sub facia was trimmed and hole routed
Quick test fit
After some carpeting and vinyl wrapping, we have a completed sub box.
