Not quite car related, but been busy with the garage (Seeing as it is where the mods happen I will update it here).

Before in terrible state:

New Tool Cabinets and some refreshments:

New Paint, some plaster, lots of bonding primer:

I am about 20% done, still waiting on more cabinets and floor tiles and some other odds and ends.

So the past weekend I tackled the Downpipe Fitment.

It must have been the worst job I have ever one a car, after struggling tremendously I got them fitted, but the quality of the DP's was not what I wanted.

So this morning I dropped the car of with TMS to get the job done right, getting new DPs done and Intakes built.

Just collected Monica from TMSS.

Had DPs and Intake done.

Car is an absolute beast now, and damn loud, just the way I love it.

We could not get Flanges machined in time, so settled for the MR turbo DPs, which are great quality for the price, not TMSS quality but still great.

Collected the replacement Vanos Units last night, fitted them and all is well.

Here we can clearly see where the problem lies

Here we can clearly hear what the problem is, sounds like a golf's tappets. I am honestly grateful the front piece did not come apart inside the engine.
