As far as I know it was an optional extra overseas.
Also came out in the 8 series and som Z3's.

maybe i should of given more info, and not just pictures :flyfun:

1- Exhaust, ask Ralph
kept the original headers, went one size up from there till the back box, removed the resonators and kept the oem box and changed the tips with demon tips, also one size up basically from original.

2- CD43 radio was bought on Ebay UK.
just was lucky to find a decent priced one.
they also came out on a couple of the old land rovers, if you are willing to make or change the badge then go that route, probably half the price.

3- i bought the gear and handbrake pouch also off Ebay UK.
but i know Jap Auto in JHB bring in the E46 M-power pouches, they are exactly the same.

4- the centre arm rest
bought from a place in Elsburg Germiston, Dollie street.
guys name is Quinton 076 252 1554

everything else i bought from BMW the stealers

Surprisingly no.
i was warned about removing the resonators, but to be honest its very similar to oem, at higher revs the exhaust is slightly louder.

but at that stage the induction is probably still the loudest sound.

i think if you have to change the rear box, that is when the sound will change more.
