Nice way of putting it, thanks I think you are right.

I have lots of offcuts left over, anybody want anything small covered in it?

Is there enough left to cover my wife with? :mmm:

thanks for that info.. thats most helpfull ! lol, injuries comes with all things like this :) thats how we roll man..

I might be interested in your comfort seats tho please.. can you show me what they look like ? and its from an E34 right ?
I wanna get new seats for my E34, they are quite tattered and the motors and cables all busted up ... I wanted to fit E39 540 comfort seats, but if I can find decent E34 ones it will be cool also..

:)

I have a set of E39 540 comfort seats available for a steal! Leather in excellent condition

serious ? how much you reckn Ian ? I think rick540 missed my post also :) hehe.
the seats that come in the E34's are REALLy uncomfortable compared to my E39.. comfort seats in my E39 are the most comfy chairs I have prolly sat in.

I finally finished covering these E34 Sport seats I bought 6 months ago in leather.

My work is not as perfect as I wanted, but I think I can live with it for now. (The black leather is not as black as the original leather in the car and it's kind of hard without special machines the factory has)

Yes I know the floor mats are realy dirty, but it's been raining non stop here in Cape town, havent had a chance...

I am busy with it, but PM me. Because of the distance, I can try help you by giving tips, it's not really that hard and the satisfaction of doing it onself is awesome.

Damn Rick!

Are you familiar with the Afrikaans term "fyn brag"? - you're a master of both "fyn bragging" and leather art......

LOL thanks.

I really need to do some more leather work, I miss it havn't touched leather for over two months now, all this equipment is just standing here.

I could go crazy on my E39 I suppose I have this whacked out idea for a two tone grey black interior for an E39 similar to one I saw in a genuine BMW option catalogue a few years ago?

No serious, who wants their interior pimped, I feel like making something cool for a BMW?

Only issue my side is the damn cost of the raw leather, I could blow 10K worth of quality hide easy just doing one interior. Not to mention I have a full time job as well.
