My Bikes over the years....

I dont like it very much for town driving, it feels very much like a quad, but with less grip at the back. It steers very difficult, because it's something getting used to. I found that if I put more weight on the outer wheel in a corner, it feels more stable, but that's probably just my head telling me that. It makes my arms very tired. My wife doesn't feel very safe at the back, but i think it's also just something getting used to. It isn't as bumpy as a pillion as the bike, she likes that. On the highway it's very nice, but you can't do high speeds. We have a high screen on that helps.

Nice collection you went through there James!

I have much respect for your taste in the BMW range - the K1200S is a superb machine, I am a fan of the 1200R....It looks the part!

Nice, thanks for showing us! :ty:

Thanks Jay!

Yes it is indeed, I love the inline 4 motor. It's a beast!! About 129 kW with the pipe.
I was looking at the new K1300S but the difference is so little, and the trade they wanted to give me so low I decided against it.

Thanks for the detailed explanation, I also thought the handling will feel odd.
But straight line acceleration should be awesome though.
