Finally took some pics.

Its a 2002 e46 330d (M57D30- 135kw / 390NM) Steptronic, Sportpack (Black Leather Interior w/ Dark Wood Panelling, Traction Control (DSC) and Rear Window Blind) Mileage is currently in excess of 160 500 km's.
