My 320d is broken already

This time he cable tied it in place and he said it will never come out again

Since when is cable ties 'approved BMW parts'... is a two year warranty applicable? I would kick their asses. Replace the clip that obciously faulty, dont cable tie the pipe.

If I want that kind of work done on a R400k car Ill take it to some backyard mechanic in Brakpan. FFS!!
