My 1st DIY e90 Brake Service

Hi Guys

I will be doing my 1st DIY front brake service this weekend

I bought parts from Goldwagen
Febi Bilstein brake pads(R790)
Surebrake sensor(R160)
Size 7 Hex socket from Midas R40

Awww...... it is peanuts, sure you will be great :cartel:

Just remember to undo the brakefluid cap first before starting :rollsmile: , did my front a few months ago and the rears like 2 weeks ago. A tip, triall the new sensor tip first on the brakepad before installing the brakepads so you know how tight you need to press to lock it.

We did a friends front brakes and had this issue, not after we had to redo the already done wheel :roflol:

Hey Guys

Did the service today,
Did the reset too

Brakes was spongy and soft after the change ,did a bit of bleeding and it hardend a bit .
I guess it needs to bed in before it gets normal.

All in all it was good ,had a buddy helping and all went well.All good to have a mate around cos things goes a lot better:rollsmile:
