Hi all

Here are some pics of my current ride. It has a Rob Green stage 1. Need a front fog light cover. Going to redy and repair the seats as they have taken some strain. I love this car.

Sell it to me? Promise to take extra special care with her.

@ Freerider: We spoke about a 4 door M3 at the Battle. This is what I want.

Thanx for the comps  !

She still needs some work. I want to redy the seats as they have taken some punishment and the driverside has a tear. Bought her with 137k km's and she now has 144k km. I do enjoy her.

@ Jandre - If I think about selling, I'll let you know.

The Rob Green stage one is basically just a RB exhaust, K&N filter and a UniChip. On the dyno at RGM, she made 171 Kw @ the wheels. Not to sure about the torgue.

e36 m3's are trully nice classics!! If I could have one in every colour I'd be the happiest woman alive!

The 4 door e36's are supposed to be faster that the 2doors (like mine) arent they? I have the 3.0. Mine pushes out 195kw's on the wheels? (they are however supposed to be pushing out 220kw's?)

Or am I smoking some shitty weed here?

Hi Fuzzy

What I do know is the SA made M3's was that the 2 door 3.0 5 speed made 210 Kw on the flywheel and the 4 door 3.2 6 speed made 228 Kw. What sort of modifications did you make on your car. Ireckon it cannot be stock at this stage :).

Bru I was told my car is standard (so my husband says). Well it sounds and pretty much looks standard. I'm not too technically minded, but I know the difference between a standard vehicle and not. He is sooo begging me to allow him to do a turbo conversion. I just quite honestly dont feel the need for it. Besides, sometimes standard in every way is nice, especially with nice classics!

I did highlight this (my power) to him when we were discussing the outcome of all the runs at the Battle of the Tunerz dyna day. He told me that there are allot of factors to be taken into consideration (then he started talking mathematical terms and I'm ummm :dropjaw: WTF!! He personally tunes my car. What he does I do not know. My car is justa big guinea pig most times and then he perfects it on his customers vehicles!

I either complain she's too heavy on juice or too sluggish, he plugs in his computer and gives her a few runs on the dyno. He just simply takes my car, and brings her back, throw the keys at me and say, "she's a little hotter now"

The only thing different I noticed is an insignificant airfilter. Bru, airfilters dont give you loads of extra kw's if at all!

So I honestly do not know!

Well, I'm just going according to manufacturers specs, but there down un the fair Cape, you will have a little advantage over us Reef boys, as we always loose a little the higher you go.

Turbo conversion, now your talking :excited:     . Wouldn't mind going that route myself, but like you said, sometimes it is better to keep a classis a classis and leave it as is. I would realy love to take a E30 box 2 dr, drop in a E36 3.0 lump and give it a lekka turbo. Now that is a combo I will never get enough off.
